The Vibe

This won’t be a sterile, silent apartment. I want it to feel lived in, creative, safe, and comfortable.

I’m in my late 20s, work full time in healthcare (dementia care) in Langley. I’m social, but I also value quiet decompression time. Ideally someone with an opposite-ish schedule for balance — but not required.

I ride a motorcycle, love animals, camping, fishing, thrifting, and sometimes just vibing at home. I play music sometimes (I’ll turn it down if asked). Mutual respect is non-negotiable.

Friends, partners, and family are welcome — just communicate. I want this to feel like a safe, grounded home where everyone feels comfortable.

About me- I’m in my late 20’s I work in health care in Langley Monday to Friday, I have 1 indoor cat (strata says only 1 pet- I don’t know how flexible they are on this) he can be super in your face- I do bring him to work with me part time - but he has no awareness of your personal space 😂 I also ride motorcycles.

I love art, music, casually going out, having wine, 420 friendly, (“must be outside ya know”) lgbtq+ and sex positive household, I love welcoming guests whether family or friends into my home, respecting eachother space but also becoming friends is important to me. I would hate to be in a situation that feels like we can’t get along.

The house will be repainted in vibrant colors, set up to welcome anyone who visits. I am going for dopamine- calming - social apartment
