The owner works from home and is looking for a quiet housemate. The Maillardville neighborhood is known for its accessible location with easy access to public transportation, shops, and parks.

I work from home and appreciate a quiet housemate, preferably who works or studies outside of the home. No overnight guests are allowed. I’m a friendly and organized individual who values a clean and welcoming home environment. My faith is important to me. I don’t mind the occasional drink, but don’t smoke, and need a housemate who doesn’t smoke. Household chores are shared. I will take the cost of any ID/credit/background checks off your first month’s rent.
