Looking for a male SFU student or recent graduate or young professional. You must be clean, quiet, and a non-smoker. No pet. It is a three bed room basememt suite. The room faces south. It is very bright and spacious. There is a private study room and a sleep room for you to use. Currently two SFU male grad students live in the suite. There are bus 144, 136,134 and sky train closed to the suite. Take bus No. 144 about 15 minutes to get SFU. Also easy to get to Brentwood Mall and Lougheed Mall and Metrotown.

Utilities are included.
