72 year old male,owner .56 year male,may stay overnight once or twice a month.I am semi retired,work full-time June till September.Part timer works full time around the Valley,as a house painter,owns condo.mount Washington.Have two cats not allowed in cottage.there is a dog run with doghouse.I continue to do upgrades to the property.
