We live on an acreage, actual address is 1610 North Service Road Balgonie. We have a private bedroom for rent, rightnext to an office, other bedroom & shared bathroom. We have a bathtub & brand new shower/toilet in the basement, that can be used as well. We have a little Shih Tzu dog who is hypoallergenic +3 cats that live downstairs with our son. We have brand new laundry appliances, as well as a brand new fridge, stove & microwave. Our home is a bungalow & as of December 2025, we renovated all of the main floor with brand new hardwood flooring, kitchen cupboards & quartz countertops. Both bathrooms downstairs are also brand new. We have plenty of room for parking, a garden in the spring and summer as well as two large garages. If someone wants to use more electricity or power for their vehicle, we might charge more, depending on whether our bill goes up or not.
I am a stay home, housewife and mother, retired from being a full-time recording, artist, entertainer, dancer, and singer for over 35 years under the name, Stephanie Thomson. My husband, Robert is a landscaper and does snow removal in the winter. Our son Robbie is going to the university of Regina this fall to take aeronautical engineering. He is currently a student, on the honour roll, at Miller Comprehensive High School. He won Best Defensive Lineman of the Year, for the Miller Mauraders, this past fall. He has been recruited by Regina Thunder Football. In his spare time, he loves to be social with his friends and girlfriend, working on one of his many cars, because he loves mechanics. We blended a family of 3 kids each, in 2002. We now have 6 adult children & 5 grandchildren, who live on their own. Robbie ‘s our only son together, to make our family complete with 7 children. We have been together for 24 years, married for 22years.
