We are looking for two roommates to join our bright, spacious 4bd, 2ba house!

• The kitchen is also huge, and easily accommodates making dinner with a whole group for summertime bbqs 🍢, and wintertime dinners 🥘.
• Two bathrooms, so you never have to wait to pee!
• A cozy back deck for reading 📚 & studying.
• A cozy reading nook for when you want a quiet place to study that isn’t your bedroom.

There are two rooms available for rent starting March 1:

1. A cozy ~120sqft room with large, bright windows overlooking the street, available starting March 1. Asking $800/mo, including all utilities + internet, but negotiable.
2. A huge ~170sqft room with an even bigger window overlooking the backyard. Asking $900/mo, including all utilities + internet, but negotiable.

• A 2016 Waterloo grad who tries to spend his time hiking, fixing bikes, building things, and Salsa dancing 🕺, but occasionally (often 😢) working.
• A 2024 Laurier Masters grad who loves art, music 🎼, dancing 💃, cooking 🍳, and laughing 🙃. Also Coffee ☕!
