In my home I have 1 furnished bedroom for rent in the nice quiet neighborhood of Stewart Greens. This includes 1 private bathroom, shared laundry in the basement, nice spacious kitchen and a shared living room. Must be ok with cats as I have three which keep to themselves and prefer no more cats but might be negotiable on a case by case basis. There is a fenced backyard with a deck and a veranda in the front. I am looking to rent preferable to working females or female students. This neighborhood has a on demand bus stop a few houses down and is thirteen minutes away from West Edmonton Mall.

There is two people living in this house we are kind, and quiet people who like to keep the house clean and tidy.
