I have a private unfurnished bedroom upstairs with a shared four piece bathroom and half bathroom. There is a spacious kitchen for cooking, a living room with a tv and laundry room in the basement that is shared. I do have three cats that keep to themselves so you will have to be okay with that. Bills and internet is included in the monthly price.

There is three people living in this house we are kind quiet people who like to keep the house clean and tidy. One of the roommates is living here part-time.
