I have an unfurnished bedroom upstairs with a shared four piece bathroom and half bathroom downstairs. There is a spacious kitchen for cooking, a living room with a tv and laundry room in the basement that is shared. Internet and utilities are included in the monthly price. This place is ten minutes away from west Edmonton mall & a block away from the on demand bus. I do have three affectionate cats that keep to themselves.

There is three people living in this house we are kind, and quiet people who like to keep the house clean and tidy. One of the roommates is living here part-time so the four piece bathroom is being shared part of the week.
