About the room

I have a private furnished bedroom for rent in the nice quiet neighbourhood of Stewart Greens. This includes bathroom, shared laundry in the basement, nice spacious kitchen and a shared living room. Must be ok with cats as I have three which keep to themselves and prefer no more cats but might be negotiable on a case by case basis. There is a fenced backyard with a deck and a veranda in the front. I am looking to rent preferable to working females or female students. This neighborhood has a on demand bus stop a few houses down and is thirteen minutes away from West Edmonton Mall.
