Private bedroom available for rent March 1st or before, in a 2 bedroom apartment in the West End. Original rent is $1300, but I’ve reduced it to $1200 for the remainder of the 7 months fixed lease in order to fill the room. Utilities between $50-$75.
Room is 9’3“ x 8’9“. 2nd floor of a 3 story building. South facing apartment with a spacious living room. Furnished except for the bedroom. Includes dishwasher, and washer / dryer in unit. It’s near Bute and Davie in a lovely neighbourhood, there’s a breka and YMCA 2 blocks away, and it’s just over a 10 minute walk from Sunset Beach. Apartment can be pet friendly subject to property manager approval.
Will accept applications for move in any time in February or March, though preference will be given to earlier move in dates. Msg me with some information about yourself if you’d like to schedule a viewing 🙂
About the roomies
The apartment will be shared with me: I’m 29, work in the film industry, don’t party, but do enjoy having friends over for boardgames, watching movies, and staying active. I have several friends who live in the building and will often be visiting their apartments or going on breka runs, so it can be as social a place as you want it to!
