I’m looking for the right person to share my home beginning August 1.

This is a shared home where you’ll have your own private bedroom while sharing the kitchen, bathroom, living areas, laundry, and outdoor spaces.

Rent: $1,000/month ✔ Heat, water, power, and utilities included ✔ Parking available ✔ TV/streaming services not included

I’m hoping to find someone who: • Is employed with a reliable income • Pays rent on time • Is clean, quiet, respectful, and considerate • Is comfortable living with a small, friendly dog • Understands that a shared home means sharing in the care of it, including keeping common areas tidy and occasionally helping with seasonal yard work or snow removal

References are required. There is also a basement for privacy or space, even to keep cool - as there is no air conditioning. Lots of space there with a living/family room.
