It’s a second floor bedroom that’s 11.5ft by 14ft with a 2-door closet and an East facing window. It comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, bed frame, an L-shaped desk, chair, bed side table, bed side lamp, wall mirror, and dresser. It is down the hall to one of the shared bathrooms that includes a combined shower bathtub, toilet, and a 2 sink vanity (one for you and one for another renter). All utilities and wifi are included, there is outdoor parking available. We are a 10min walk from a TTC Kennedy station express bus as well as the TTC 86, 38, and 54 line. It is an 8 minute drive to University of Toronto Scarborough Campus.

Most of the time it’ll be you, the other renter, and my sister staying there for the summer. It’s a family house so there’s 4 of us, 2 girls who are in our 20’s and in school or working and staying elsewhere most of the time. Then there’s our retired parents who are also staying elsewhere a majority of the time. We normally just stop by for a few days here and there but we will let you know in advance when we are coming. We will be available to contact at any time and can come by if any help is needed. We have a second room for rent so there will be another person living here.
