It’s a second floor bedroom that’s 11.5ft by 14ft with a 2-door closet and an East facing window. It comes furnished with an L-shaped desk, chair, bed side table, wall mirror, and dresser. BED NOT INCLUDED. It is down the hall to one of the shared bathrooms that includes a combined shower bathtub, toilet, and a 2 sink vanity (one for you and one for another renter). All utilities and wifi are included, there is outdoor parking available. We are a 10min walk from a TTC Kennedy station express bus as well as the TTC 86, 38, and 54 line. It is an 8 minute drive to University of Toronto Scarborough Campus.

FEMALE STUDENTS ONLY Most of the time you will have the house to yourself. It’s a family house so there’s 4 of us, 2 girls who are in our 20’s and in school or working and staying elsewhere most of the time. Then there’s our retired parents who are also staying elsewhere a majority of the time. We normally just stop by for a few days here and there but we will let you know in advance when we are coming. We will be available to contact at any time and can come by if any help is needed. We have a second room for rent so there may be another person living here.
