Hi everyone, I’m looking for a roommate to move into my 2b1b apartment located in downtown Guelph at the start of March (or earlier)! I’m currently a MSc student at the University of Guelph and am looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful roommate. About the place:

• $1,150/month rent (each) + $36/month hydro + Wi-Fi ($30/month)
• Large windows, spacious living room, and awesome sunroom
• Right near the 99 N/S bus route
• In-unit laundry
• Bedroom not furnished. Common space is also mostly unfurnished (my last roommate owned most of the furniture, but I am on the lookout for more).

What I’m looking for in a roommate:

• Clean and tidy – respectful of the space, cleans up after themselves when using common areas (washing dishes, tidying, regularly sweeping, etc.).
• Queer or queer-friendly
• Likes animals (I have two cats), but preferably is not bringing any additional dogs/cats into the space
