Hi there! I moved back in with my parents and I’m looking for a roommate (ideally another female) to take my spot and share a 3bdrm house w/ my previous roommate.

Ideal for young professionals, international students, and anyone 2SLGBTQI+! House rules : no alcohol, drugs, or cigarette smoking on the property.

RENT: $1,000/ month + split utilities (around $200/month) = around $1,200/month total. The rent and utilities will be equally split (total rent is $2k) by you and the other roommate. Length of agreement is flexible.

THE PLACE: a lovely semi-detached house with a backyard with 3 floors that you will share with the other roommate. It has 3 bedrooms (all on the 2nd floor) and 1.5 bath (full bath on 2nd floor, half bath in basement). Your room is spacious, large closet, fits queen size bed, a comfy chair, and more! The extra bedroom is currently used as a home office by the other roommate. There is an unfinished basement will a pool table and extra storage for your stuff. It has central AC, dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer and dryer. Other perks : Roommate has a deep freezer that can be shared. Open to rearranging the current layout to suit both roommates.
