The avaliable bedroom shares a full bathroom with one other student (3 full bathrooms in the house). Kitchen and laundry facilities are shared with the other four in the house. There are two large fridges and two full size washers and two driers and parking is available as well. The home is located close to shopping (Zehrs) and right on two direct UoG bus routes (#6 & #7) -7 mins to UoG. All utilities and Internet are included in the price of $975 per month. There is also a three room mini suite available in the house for a little higher rent.

The house is currently occupied by three studious third-year science oriented girls. They are Canadianized international students (with various ethnic backgrounds). They lived together in a previous home and now for the past year and some, have been living together in this house. They are excellent friendly easy going roommates.
