Beautiful furnished home with a ground floor unfurnished private room with washroom. The room is 12 feet squared with a large built in closet. The home also offers a huge amount of closet space throughout the house. This is a 4 bedroom home with 2 other roommates.
The house is clean, quiet, has washer/dryer and dishwasher. It has parking in the driveway, and has a nice little view of downtown, which is about a 45 min walk away.
The house has two full bathrooms to share, and three levels including a fully renovated basement ready to be a second common space for all housemates. There’s lots of space for those who work from home and for a second lounge/hangout space.
Bills and responsibilities are shared amongst the housemates.
