I am a busy but quiet senior lady and would prefer females, senior preferably. My special needs family of 3 rents downstairs. I only cook a few times a week so mostly you are on your own to share my space. I am a patient person and would like you to feel at home here. I enjoy sewing and baking and am a Christian. I require references to check who will be coming into my home. Will not tolerate parties, alcohol or drugs.
