A clean bright room in an owner occupied 1.5 storey house steps from Ottawa St. Close to Schools, Parks, Coffee Shops, Grocery Stores, Antique Shops, Restaurants & Bars. Just off of the Cannon Bike lanes with trails close by for great cycling.
The house is Clean, renovated and home. There is 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and only one other person (myself) lives in the space and calls it home. The room although small has brand new carpet and paint. It is available furnished or unfurnished and all utilities are included.
About the roomies
Hey folks! I am clean, hardworking, easy going and cherish my house as a place to have slow Sunday mornings with records and coffee. I am mostly quiet however I do enjoy to having friends over before or after a bike ride and love the host dinner parties and wine nights.
