This is the FULL basement suite, situated in the beautiful, mature, safe community of Hawkwood. Easy access to the main highways if you drive, and 30 seconds away to the bus stop which connects to the LRT in under 10 mins (although the bus doesn’t pass the house, so it’s quiet but convenient).
Walking distance to 7/11, restaurants and pharmacy. Green open spaces 🤗

Has a kitchenette - but not a full kitchen. Easy access to the stove upstairs. Own full size fridge, double stainless steel sinks and full private bathroom.
This cozy living space will appeal to someone who likes to have space, peace and quiet in a clean environment. Be totally ‘home alone’ or access community if desired 🤗
Finally, if you’re into growing your own veggies there’s a small green house and raised garden beds available to you 🥕 🥬 🍅
About the roomies
Although I live here I have my own quarters at the rear of the property - so usually you will not see anyone.
Roommies are also up on the top floor.
This is a calm, respectful mature home of professionals. Not a young party house. However, all ages are welcome if calm and respectful interactions are valued 🤗
