An extremely large house (6000ft2+) with lots of extra room, just 10-15 minutes outside of Guelph, Kitchener, and Waterloo. Lots of parking available. Married couple are the owners and the only ones living there with two small dogs.

A 280ft2 furnished loft room is available with built-in cabinetry and a skylight.

Three livingrooms, a pool table room, workout space, and enormous kitchen and diningroom with 14.5ft lofted ceilings are available for your use. A large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower is available on the first floor below the main floor, as well as a two-piece bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen features a 40ft2 marble island with room to eat at, or, eat at the 9ft+ diningroom table (not pictured), with windows throughout the kitchen and diningroom area. There is also a three-season sunroom available to use. There is also a free laundry room.

We do not drink, smoke, or do drugs, and would be looking for a mature professional female or male. Cat(s) or smaller dogs are acceptable. Internet and a parking spot included.

We are a married couple in our forties. She works in accounting in Waterloo, and he is building a recording studio in the second level basement/squash court, where he will work. We would be looking for a mature younger to older professional, or a quiet student.
