LOCATION: Lower Spadina & Queens Quay West. Directly on the water and across the street from a beautiful park (HTO park). Streetcar access directly in front of apartment - just two stops from Union Station (streetcar proceeds underground after one stop and exits onto Subway Line One platform)
RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate as occupant. Rent will be paid to lease holder. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.

THE ROOM: Available room is the largest in the apartment with attached private office/solarium which is currently used as an artist’s studio. Room is unfurnished but features ample closet space and floor to ceiling mirrors. East facing unit that directly catches beautiful morning sunrise as well as the sunset reflected off the downtown skyscrapers and lake.
The additional office/studio space makes this the perfect room for anyone who works from home, is an artist or really loves crafting.
THE APARTMENT: Queen’s Quay is an absolutely gorgeous place to live year-round and we have (in our opinion) one of the most incredible, truly unobstructed views of Toronto’s downtown cityscape as well as the lake + islands. The apartment building is very accessible and blends downtown living with the waterfront’s natural setting better than anywhere else. We also have huge mirrored closets in the living room that we offer a whole separate slot for your own storage if needed. Roof top parties in the summers are one to rave about!
Shopping essentials and restaurants extremely close by. Just one streetcar stop away the ferry to Toronto Island and three stops from Union Station.

About the roomies
THE ROOMATES: We’re friends Matthew & Victoria! Both 28 and professional creatives who work outside of home 5 days a week. We’re friendly night-owls who enjoy exploring the city, binge watching Bridgerton, and hosting the occasional dinner party or DND for friends. We’re both homebodies who prioritize peaceful living and comfortable boundaries. We mind each other’s personal space and privacy with utmost importance but also love to catch up over dinner or a movie. We have a lot on the go but can be found doing the occasional craft at the dining room table together while wearing spa face masks.
We’re hoping to share this special gem of an apartment with a kind, single, cleanly, and communicative individual (woman preferred). It’s a very friendly, low pressure but supportive environment where we collectively care for the common areas we enjoy and celebrate each other’s successes along the way. We are excited to make a new friend and roommate!
