The location is perfect, with shopping centers, markets, coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach just a short walk away. The ocean and beach are only a 15-minute walk from you. The house features a beautiful garden and a living room with an ocean view. The room is on the main floor with a beautiful garden view.

I am an experienced and welcoming landlord who lives in this beautiful 3-bedroom home. ​My children have grown up and moved out; one lives in San Francisco and my son lives independently, though they visit occasionally. My spouse returns to our home country and visits here periodically. ​I have been an Airbnb Superhost since 2018**, consistently maintaining a Superhost which guests can verify on my profile. I truly love hosting guests and pride myself on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I am bilingual, fluent in Persian and English, and also a language teacher.
