The bathroom is not shared with the homeowners and will only be shared with one other renter when the second room is occupied.

Shared kitchen and laundry are available, with clear expectations around cleanliness and respect for shared spaces. The basement and homeowners’ living areas are private and not shared.

Utilities (hydro, gas, water), high-speed internet, and one parking space are all included in the rent.
