About the room

Quiet area close to bus stop that goes to metrotown. Two other people in the house owner lives part time so house is kept up clean and quiet. Good for students or people who work during the day as everyone is asleep early. Everyone shares in house chores. Theres parking in the driveway. The room now has a queen bed in it even though the photo shows a single bed. Two bathrooms, garage and laundry.

About the roomies

One carpenter from Chile, one engineering student and owner works out of town and at home sometimes. Its not a party house except at Christmas or other holidays when family comes over but can be good for dinners and games nights if people are social as its big enough to host things
