Students female only 1 shared room is available right away in a newly renovated house with breakfast and dinner included. 15 minutes to Downtown. Near Victoria and Commercial Drive. Closed to shops restaurants cafes and groceries in Hastings snd Nanaimo. 2 minutes walk to Templeton Park and Recreation. Room is being shared with a female international student. The kitchen /living room / washroom is being shared with other international students. Wifi included.

About the roomies

The basement unit is shared with friendly international students. We are a family oriented mature household with a busy lifestyle on weekdays, and love to sing karaoke during parties and weekends. We also have big garden where we do barbecues weather permitting.
