The room is sizable and well lit with natural light and plenty of electrical outlets. Located right next to the bathroom and laundry on the second floor. The bathroom is next level, like being in your own personal spa with a standalone, soaker tub and a beautiful glasses in rainfall shower. Walking distance to downtown Stratford, the theater, groceries and nightlife. A large backyard with a fire pit. Shared bathroom one to two people shared kitchen space. Hydro, gas, water, parking, laundry, are all included. House has been updated in almost everything over the last few years. You will have your own cupboard space for food items. No. Need to worry about kitchen items as the kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots/pans and the stove has 10+ functions including air fryer and sous vide. Some storage space can be made available for your overflow items like summer or winter clothes, as there is no closet space in the room. The room currently has a futon and older dresser in it which can be left if the are needed.

Currently there is just myself , 50 year old female, nightshifter, steelworker (in the third story loft space), my 11 month old puppy, and a quiet female (on the second floor also). Kink, lifestyle and LGBQT+ friendly. Great cook (me), tidy, night owls, who enjoy our privacy and the home.
