Clean quiet space. Parking right in front of unit or Bus stop almost at doorstep. Room is unfurnished but everything else you need is available. Rent includes Wi-Fi, utilities and sundry items (ex: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc.) Near Mt. Boucherie, 5 minutes west of the bridge.

About the roomies

Just me (and you), preferable to having 3 or 4 other roommates! I live a healthy lifestyle and am a (young) retired man and very easy to get along with. Sorry no pets, smoking or parties. Vape in your room = ok. No DD required. Prefer minimum 6 month or longer tenant.
