• Townhouse is ~1500 sq. foot, 1980’s build we’re working on modernizing. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a powder room
• Comes with access to shared kitchen, bathrooms, family room, living room, and patio
• Includes utilities, heating, laundry, and internet
• Tenant will need their own renter’s insurance (budget like 20$ a month for this)
• Can be furnished for $100/month (I’ll grab a full-sized bed, nightstand, desk & chair. Let me know if you have any preferences here)
• Parking spot might be available through strata for $50/month
• Open to a couple for an additional $100/month
• Very walkable and transit friendly (10 min walk to gym/groceries/parks, 20 min walk to shipyards, 30 min bus to Cap, 45 min bus to downtown, <15 min drive to tons of great hikes)
• As a previously broke student, can be a little flexible on pricing for currently broke students

Our two cats are super friendly and loving but are kind of dumb so we’re looking for who loves cats and will be vigilant about keeping them safe (not letting them out, not leaving food out etc)

We’re both WFH - I’m a software engineer and she runs a small business doing handmade crafts. I’m into cooking (I’ve spent the last year getting into fermenting and pizza making and I’m planning on getting a garden going this year). She’s really into anime and reading fantasy romance. We’re both into video games / board games, working out and are part of a horror lit book club. I’m trying to get more into hiking now that we live in the North Shore and will probably try to join a run club or rock climbing gym when the weather gets nicer
