You have your own private bathroom with a tub/shower. 🍔 The Perks & Shared Space • Kitchen: We share the cooking space, but you get your own separate fridge (no “who ate my leftovers” mysteries!). • Laundry: Full access to the washer and dryer. • Rooftop Vibes: Want to grill? We’ve got a roof and BBQ available upon request—perfect for summer evenings. 📍 Location & Commuting • Transit Pro: The OC Transpo 85 stops right at Maitland and Carling. It’s super convenient for getting around the city! • Note: This is a “car-free” lifestyle spot, as there is no parking available. The Nitty-Gritty • Rent: $1200/month—and that covers everything (Heat, Hydro, Water, and high-speed Internet!). • Move-in: $1200 first month + $1200 security deposit. • Transparency: We’ll do a quick walk-through inspection together before you move in and when you move out to keep everything fair and square for both of us. • House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no vaping, please. The 4th floor is the owner’s living quarters.
