I am currently renting out the second bedroom with closet on a 2nd floor apartment sandwiched in between the trendy neighbourhoods Kensington Market & Little Italy. I recently took over the lease as my old roommate moved abroad and I am looking to find someone to replace her. I am looking for someone responsible, friendly and respectful that can take over her space.

You would be renting out one of 2 bedrooms within the apartment. I will occupy the second bedroom, and the bathroom is shared. The apartment consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and spacious kitchen island. A/C and heating units are installs in both rooms and living room, and there are washing units in the basement of the building, which are shared with the other apartments in the building.

The area is great, we are steps away from Little Italy, Kensington Market and major grocery stores/streetcars and bathurst station (line 2).

As for myself, I’m a queer cis-female, I’m 30 years old. I am a working professional, working 9-5 from the office 4 days a week, and one day at home. I am friendly, understanding and fairly laid back. I love to socialize but I also prioritize quiet, peace and a clean home. During my down time, I am usually out with friends, travelling around or going to a concert or the movies. When I’m at home, I take effort in keeping the common spaces clean, organized and comfortable.

I am looking for someone with a similar mindset and values. Someone considerate and comfortable keeping shared spaces peaceful, and respectful.
