- location is right off Sherbrooke Street in NDG, walking distance to everything.
- dwelling is on the 1st floor, old charm but very clean, no balcony.
- access to the whole apartment, fully furnished.
- room is fully furnished & is the bigger room out of the 2.
- on average I will be present at the apartment 1 to 2 nights a week & will mostly be in my room.
- as long as you keep the place CLEAN & TIDY, please make yourself at home like YOU’RE the tenant & I’m the roommate :)
- wifi is basic DSL but I will cover it. the only bills that need to be covered is gas (approx 30$/mth), hydro (approx. 30$/mth) & cable (approx. 75$/mth). cable is optional so if you don’t want to pay, I will cancel it.
