Large Ground-Floor Unit in Verdun | July 2026 Onwards (Option to Renew) Bright, quiet, and well-located ground-floor unit in Verdun, close to shops, cafés, parks, and the St. Lawrence River. Steps from Wellington Street and a 5-minute walk to Verdun Metro (15 minutes to downtown and Old Montreal). The Space Fully renovated in 2018 and well insulated for Quebec winters. Spacious layout with large kitchen, living room, bathroom, and private bedroom with a good-sized closet. Unfurnished. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer and all appliances included. Electricity and high-speed internet included. Private access to the home and backyard (up to the gate). I travel for work and am usually home only a couple weekends, so you will often have the place to yourself during the week. I use only the basement area.

There is a second roomate, so there is technically 3 (including you); however, I am rarely at the property. Will feel more like two.
