The house is located less than 5 minutes away from the University of Winnipeg, perfect for students. The fully furnished room includes a double bed, couch, desk and dresser with mirror. There is an eat in kitchen on the main floor (2 refrigerators + 1 freezer) , 2 full bathrooms, and gym equipment in the unfinished basement. There are numerous grocery stores within a 5-10 minute walk as well. Must be ok with cats as there is one in the house, she is super friendly. Rent is 600$/month for stays with a 6 month lease. It is 650$/month for stays shorter than 6 months. Preference is given to longer stays.

I am the owner of the house. I work in entertainment setting up the audio equipment for concerts and running a spotlight during the shows. I am also a competitive powerlifter, so gym enthusiasts are welcomed. At the moment there are 3 others in the house. We all get along great. The house is very large and has a lot of storage.
