We are looking for someone who: -Is a NON-smoker -Ensures to keep the house quiet both during and after curfew hours -Is a clean person and will do weekly housechores that is properly done in a timely manner -Will make sure to clean up their own mess in the kitchen after-use (washing dishes, cleaning stovetop, putting own stuffs away)

You will be living with two other roommates - myself (Shune) and Ricardo. Ricardo works full-time from Monday to Friday, while enjoying and resting his days off on weekend. Myself on the other hand, I mostly work Monday to Friday, and on some basis Saturdays as well. Both me and Ricardo are clean and quiet people who ensures to clean up their own mess after using the kitchen and makes sure to get weekly housechores done on a timely basis.
