We’re looking for someone who: -Is a non-smoker -Does not have pets -Keeps noise to a minimum during and after quiet hours -Is clean and completes weekly household chores properly and on time -Cleans up after themselves in the kitchen (washes dishes, cleans the stovetop, and puts items away after use)

You will be living with two other roommates—myself (Shune) and Ricardo. Ricardo works full-time from Monday to Friday and spends his weekends relaxing and recharging. As for me, I mostly work Monday to Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays as well.

Both of us are clean and quiet individuals who make sure to clean up after ourselves, especially in the kitchen, and complete our weekly household chores on time.
