Room is finished with Double bed that is like new. Dresser, large closet, desk and chair. Kitchen is fully equipt. We are located 3 blocks to 49th ave bus to UBC and 4 block walk to Langara College. Looking for quiet one person who keeps regular hours.

Includes: High speed internet, washer & dryer, all utilities, Cleaning supplies and use of household appliances and dishes.

You will have space in the kitchen for food and a separate fridge. Kitchen must be cleaned after using.

Looking for someone who is quiet and clean. The bathroom is primarily yours to use and will be used only occasionally if a guest is over. There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the house and only 2 others living in the house. Mother and adult son. We are a working professional female and male college student.

50% damage deposit is required and will be returned when you leave as long as the room and bathroom are clean and no damage is done.

I am a working professional woman, and my son is also a working young adult. We have cats, so you will need to be cat-friendly. We keep regular hours, looking for someone who is the same. The house is kept clean. It is a quick 2 block walk to skytrain and bus to UBC. 4 blocks to langara College. High speed interent and laundry in the house.
