The property is a large sun-filled bungalow on a private lot backing on to a protected forest. Located in the West end of Barrie. I am looking to rent out a large room (190 sq ft). There is also space for you to have your own private living room area and den (475 sq ft) in the basement with your own entrance.

Private bedroom. Additional private living room/Den. Shared backyard space. Shared washroom/kitchen. Shared laundry. Utilities Included

No dogs. Cats maybe, situation depending.

I am a 31 year old female and I work full time as a wetland biologist. I have 2 friendly dogs which will be living at the property. 10 month old German shorthaired pointer and a 12 year old hound mix (my senior will only be at the house half the time). My dogs will not have access to your bedroom/private living room area.

I am also a dog trainer. It’s one of my biggest passions, so I spend a lot of my free time training my dogs. I also love to go camping, biking, and hiking. I spend a lot of my time outdoors.

I recently bought my house and I am looking for a quiet, clean and respectful roommate who is happy to share the space with me and my pets.
