The room has a beautiful window, with a decent sized closet and additional storage available upon move in. Condo fees + utilities paid by landlord, with our only bills being rent & wifi!! (Included in your rent :)) We are looking for a long term roommate to take over our old roommates part of the lease. Our lease ends in a couple years so ideally a student or working professional planning on staying in Red Deer for a few years!!

You’ll be living with 2 roommates and 3 lovely cats!! (No additional pets, sorry 😔) We both work full time, and like to spend time in our rooms a lot. My name is Gabby, and my roommates name is Dan! Dan is around 40, while I am in my mid-twenties.
