You will receive notice before the owners come down to do the laundry. The space includes a TV, Internet, bed, full bathroom, dresser and couch. The price is $1,400 plus 40% of utilities (water, hydro, and heat). Walking distance from Milton District Hospital and surrounded by many stores. Perfect for a single working professional or quiet student. Office area available for your use. This is a furnished apartment.

About the roomies

We are very friendly and enjoy a cozy home. The house is owned by 3 sisters, but only one sister is mainly at the house. We are all healthcare professionals. You will have a lot of privacy.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
