Beautiful Burnaby two floor home in quiet area close to BCIT and SFU and Brentwood mall. Private large room with ensuite and bed plus wall size cupboards, drawers, mirror also tv but hookup paid by you. Second room is unfurnished. Large closet. You get to use washer/dryer, living room, kitchen, parking space. Shared with female roommate who works daytime.

Female roommate, young at heart, health professional. Quiet, friendly. Occasionally throw dinner parties on my large enclosed sundeck. Away on long weekends.
