It is close to campus and bus stops, along with 5 mins to WLU and 15 to UW and Conestoga. Neighbors are quiet and i have never had a problem with noise. Rent is negotiable Also must have some form of student Identification

They are quiet and rarely around. So you will basically have the place to yourself along with having 25cent/load laundry which is quite nice.
