This a character house located in “downtown” Oliver, BC. The majority of the house has been re-done; new kitchen with gas range / convection oven and large fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, bamboo counter tops, mostly everything you might need to cook with, great bathroom (a bit small but the tub is wonderful), living / dining area, a kickass deck which looks over vineyards etc. The bedroom boasts a walk-in closet, new(ish) bed and is cozy and comfy. 5 minute walk to shopping, river trails and park. Includes all utilities, laundry - and supplies for. Shared kitchen and bath. I do have a dog, Portuguese Water Dog, 3.5 yo. Non shedding, hypo allergenic and (mostly) lovely!
