House is shared with the homeowner (me), so preferably someone with a similar personality and interests. Open to students, young adults, unemployed/job seekers, SAID/SIS, LGBTQ+ friendly. Rent can be negotiable for valid reasons.

No smoking or vaping. No parties.

Pets are individually vetted, 1-2 max, well behaved only.

8.5’ x 9’ bedroom. Includes Twin XL bed, nightstand and a desk. Desk chair can be acquired if desired.
