I currently rent the condo at $2400/month and, with school tuition on my side, I’m opening it up to share with the right person for a few months. Good homes run better with good people anyway, so this is as much about the right company as it is about sharing costs. I like to respect each other’s spaces but also like to get along and connect with the people I live with. If the shared space is comfortable for both, I don’t mind extending longer.

Friendly, respectful, and mindful of personal space. Weekdays are mostly work and study focused, evenings are relaxed.

Important house rule: this is strictly a no smoking and no cannabis home, inside and outside. Clean air and a fresh living space are non-negotiable.
