🏡 About the Space: Looking for a peaceful, creative-friendly home? We’re renting out two private bedrooms in our spacious 3B1B + Den top-floor unit. This historic building offers incredible privacy (no neighbors above or beside you), high ceilings, a second entrance (share only with one other unit) and beautiful architectural character. 🏛️🌿

🎨 The Vibe: Formerly an artist’s home, we want to maintain its quiet, inspiring atmosphere.

🛋️ The Layout: Large living/dining area, a private entrance, and a cozy Den that we’re planning to transform into a “Zen Tea Room” for reading and meditation. 🍵🧘

🌟 The Perks: Access to a private park for residents, plenty of natural light, good airflow and thick walls for great soundproofing.

🛏️ The Rooms (Room B or Room C):

💰 Rent: $1,050/month (All-inclusive: Heat, Water, Power, and Internet).

📦 Furnished: The room will include a bed and a built in storage.

📏Three bedrooms are all same sizes. With big windows and high ceilings.

👤 Ideal Roommate: You are a student or a working professional who is clean, stable, and respectful of shared spaces. We are a couple (27F&27M) living in Room A. We value a quiet, tidy home and want to keep the total occupancy to a maximum of 4 people. 🤝

⚠️ House Rules: 🚫 Strictly No Smoking / Vaping / Cannabis indoors. 🐱 Preference for no pets (well-behaved cats may be considered). 🧺 Coin laundry in the building. 🚶‍♂️ 3rd-floor walk-up (no elevator).
