Fully furnished room or not, on main floor with all utilities included, WIFI and parking. Laundry available. Above ground pool with large patio/BBQ, inclosed outdoor seating area. Golf course right across the street, and a fire pit to enjoy during the summer months. The room has:

- Full private bath/shower with lots of storage.

About the roomies
I purchased this beautiful bungalow in Navan last summer for my mother to move in with me, but due to her declining health, we had to make other arrangements. I’ve been renting a bedroom to an 84-year-old gentleman who has recently informed me that he’ll be moving to Calgary to care for his brother, so I am now looking for a new roommate.
I work full-time for the federal government and also take on occasional side jobs. I’m seeking a clean, responsible individual with no pets (as I already have two small dogs and a cat). You must love animals and be able to provide proof of steady income. Long-term tenancy is preferred.
