I have a room for rent in my home. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood in Rosemont. I have internet and Max tv. The house has central air for the summertime. The yard is fenced in. And has large deck and a barbeque on deck that you can use. I have fairly new washer and dryer to use. The rent is $700.00/month to month with one month’s notice. There is lots of parking. And is close to grocery store.

I am a senior I own my own house just looking for help with paying bills. I am very quiet. I have two dogs so you must love animals. I do not party smoke or drink alcohol. And if you have a dog and get along with my dogs that is ok, I have a dog friendly back yard.
