A bright and comfortable private room is available in our clean, well-maintained home in the Langley area.
The place is low-key and friendly. We keep common areas tidy, value good communication, and like having a peaceful place to come home to. There’s already one older, super-friendly dog here who’s gentle gets along well with people, and other pets, cats and dogs are welcome. The home has in-suite laundry with a washer and dryer right here, plus parking.
The location is excellent, super close to transit, shopping, parks, and major routes, so everything is easy to get to.
Internet is $40 monthly, and utilities work out to be $150 a month on average, which we would split
