Furnished one-bedroom available in a two-bedroom, main-floor unit of a three-storey condo building. The room includes a bed, dresser, small desk, closet, and ceiling fan for added comfort. Shared kitchen, bathroom, and hallway closet.

The unit features a walk-out patio and access to a fenced green space for residents. Please note that parking is not available; however, you may inquire with other residents about renting a spot.

Conveniently located near bus stops and within walking distance of a convenience store and Frontenac Mall.

I have two cats who are generally clean (aside from the occasional hairball) and usually quiet, except for the occasional burst of playful energy—sometimes after hours. The Condo Corp does not allow any more than 2 pets, so the space will not accomodate any additional animals.

I am a mature woman in my early 40s who works Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., along with occasional shifts on evenings and weekends. In my downtime, I’m fairly introverted and prefer to socialize with friends outside of my home, so I rarely have guests over.

During the warmer months, I spend a lot of time outdoors—hiking, swimming, and enjoying nature. You’re welcome to join me for activities or errands if our schedules align.

I am 420-friendly but rarely partake. There is a designated smoking area outside the building; however, I prefer to live with non-smokers (cigarettes).

I consider myself hygienic and tidy, and I clean the apartment thoroughly once per week.
