Hi, we are renting out a room ( King size bed + TV + door + big closet ) in our apartment since my sister and I live in the entire place and don’t use this room. It’s a very nice room; I’ve attached photos so you can see it. Our apartment is very clean, tidy, and has a calm, family-friendly atmosphere.

The location is excellent, we are on the main street of Bloor–Yonge. The subway station is just a 4-minute walk away, and the bus stop is only 3 minutes walking distance. Right across the street, there is a Sobeys grocery store ( literally 1 minute walking ) and a 24-hour convenience store, making it very easy to buy food or anything you may need.

The building offers great amenities, including a pool, a gym, and a barbecue patio area. The bathroom is mostly private: the toilet and sink are exclusively for the tenant ( for you ), and only the shower is shared. We will NOT use your bathroom other than shower. The kitchen and living room are fully shared.

Most importantly, I am looking for someone who is polite, respectful, and not loud, someone who understands they are sharing the apartment with me. Having good manners and strong values is very important to me. As long as the person is respectful and considerate, everything will work perfectly.

We are very family oriented; we value peace in the home, no noise, and we emphasize respect and keeping the space clean. I think once you get to know us, you’ll see that.
