It’s a two story walk up. Utilities are not included (and in my name) but not too bad split between two people (hydro + electricity don’t tend to go over 100/m). internet (under 90/month) is also not included in rent price– actual rent would probably end up being: 1370. or there’s about depending on what the utilities will come to. – pictures can be made available I just don’t understand technology ngl.
I’m currently a full time student I live with my cat and I am definitely a homebody! I clean often but also I’m human! would like to live with someone I can get along with but fine with a weirdo so long as you pay your share of the rent. I really don’t want to move, so let’s hope this works.
