Furnished Room for Rent – Lower Level (Basement) Unit Singles only (no couples, sorry)

We have a beautifully furnished lower-level (basement) room available in our upscale, safe Toronto East neighbourhood. We are a 10-minute walk to Warden subway station, close to amenities, and back onto a wooded ravine and park — perfect for nature walks. From Warden station, it’s about 20 minutes by subway to Yonge & Bloor.

The bedroom shares a spacious bathroom with a large double vanity and two sinks.

The available room is furnished with a desk, queen sized bed and dresser. We value a quiet, clean, and comfortable living environment.

Rent is $1,100 per month and includes internet, utilities, and laundry facilities. You will also have access to a shared kitchen and living room within the home.

About the Home

We are a friendly Canadian family who have welcomed people into our home for over 10 years. We take pride in maintaining a respectful, tidy, and welcoming environment.

We have a 7 -year-old dog named Lucy and a cat named Rosko — both very friendly. (Sorry, we cannot accommodate additional pets.)

Who You Are

We are looking for a single person who is clean, respectful, and has a stable income. Cleanliness is very important to us — we take pride in keeping the home well maintained.

First and last month’s rent is required. You must be employed, in school, or have secured income.
