This room is located on the top floor (5stories) corner apartment in a 4 year old bldg. The views are fabulous. The amenities include a workout room and a large meeting room with tables, big screen, kitchenette, pool table and courtyard.
We have been living here for over a year. My current roommate is moving out of the large bedroom with a private bathroom. The kitchen is modern. I’m a quiet person that studies reads, plays, records and composes music and I write a lot. I also mentor people wanting to add to knowledge and ability with their art form, music, acting and visual arts including dance. I am multi-disciplined and bring this experience to every situation in life. I know a lot.
